Her track record spans end to end board administration (notices, papers, meetings, minutes), statutory compliance under the Companies Act 2016 and relevant listing requirements, and hands on liaison with regulators and licensing bodies. She has overseen large, complex portfolios, managing compliance for more than 1,500 private companies and coordinating governance across a 120 entity group, and held senior roles covering licensing, bid coordination, contract administration and facilities.
